The decor and vibrant colors made me feel like I was at a restaurant right off the beach! Since I have a plant-based diet, I was excited to see they had a specific section on the menu for vegetarians. I had the veggie enchiladas and subbed the white sauce for green sauce. Most Mexican restaurants only offer cheese-stuffed enchiladas instead for no-meat eaters, so I was pleasantly surprised by this option. They were delicious! Now, I make my enchiladas at home the same way, with yellow squash, zucchini, and onion. The side of rice and beans were well seasoned. I recommend getting a glass of their horchata. The service was great, everyone was welcoming. They had mentioned they have an area in the back to host any birthday or celebration dinners. Definitely my new go-to for Mexican food in Bakersfield!
This place is always amazing. The service is wonderful, the staff is so nice and accommodating, and they had our table ready on Mother's Day when we got there. This place will always be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Thank you so much for a delicious lunch!

At Nuestro Mexico Restaurant Again In Bakersfield, CA Gonna Get Our Grub On...!! We Were Quickly Greeted And Seated Outside On Patio Front. Such A Nice Day To Be Outside..!! I Am Having The Pozole With Corn Tortillas, My Fiancée Is Having A Cheese Enchilada, With A Carne Asada Crispy Taco Combo With Rice And Beans. And Kryschan Is Having The Mariscos Poblanos..!! We Haven't Been Here In Awhile But We Can Expect An Awesome Meal Here..!! PS. Also Got A Free Deep Fried Ice Cream From YELP Check In...!!! Thanks YELP..!!
We eat here a lot. There's a good reason for that. The food is really, really good. The service is always friendly and attentive. The joint itself is kind of strange, but don't let that put you off . Fresh salsa. House made tortillas. The food is really, really good.
